GK - Pat Jennings
Had hands like shovels and the best goalkeeper I played with.
RB - Mick Mills
Cool, calm and collected.
CB - Kevin Beattie & Myself
Greatest player I played with and had everything pace, power, strength and his left foot was magic.
LB - Colin Harper
Unluckiest player I played with, thought he would go on to play for England but had a horrible injury against lazio in the UEFA Cup, but great player with a lovely left foot.
RM - George Best
George was a bit of a handful for managers but was down to earth, great character and was just one of the lads, what a man and player.
CM - Frans Thijssen
Magician on the ball, thought the ball was stuck to his boots.
CM - John Wark
A unique player, was amazing how he helped defend and also went forward, scored so many crucial goals.
LM - Clive Woods
Fantastic winger, would go round full backs if they weren't there, super player.
FW - Paul Mariner
Mariner was very strong in the air, good on the ground. He used to tell you if he wanted on his chest or feet, he was good at that as a leader, with his back from goal.
Tricky winger with great ability going forward, He was a good lad bobby, but his dress sense was shocking.
FW - Trevor Whymark
Whymark was very underrated, he was fantastic in the air, I was glad I didn't have to play against him.
Hunter tells me his toughest opponent, favourite ground to play at and more.
