Town midfielder Hollie Clement tells us best attributes, ambitions and more.
How did you first get into the game?
I was really young, about 5 years old, and my mum took me to my brother's training session and I said I wanted to try playing too. So the next week I went to a training session and joined in the U7s session and haven't stopped playing since.
How long have you been at Ipswich?
I've played for Ipswich for about two-and-a-half seasons now.
What would you say are your best attributes as a player?
I would say my best attributes are my quick feet and my ability to pick out a pass.
What has been your best football moment so far?
My best footballing moment so far would have to be scoring at Portman Road.
Do you have a role model/inspiration?
My role model would have to be David beckham. I think he is a role model for any young player to look up to for his attitude on and off the pitch.
Who do you consider to be the best female footballer?
Steph Houghton, she is a very hard worker and really good on the ball.
What are your ambitions in football?
I would like to play professionally in the US after I have done my four years at Uni over there.
What do you love most about football?
I love being part of a team and the friends I have got out of it.
What is your favourite thing to do away from football?
I like to spend time with family and friends as much as I can and have a good time.
Any advice for young girls looking to play football?
My advice would be to always enjoy it and have fun and never give up.
